Shirley joined Real Floors in 2010 after a 30 year career in the title and escrow industry, where she ascended to the position of VP of Escrow over 17 branches. As Controller, her primary focus at Real Floors is the cash flow; however, she is also involved in event planning, renovation, staffing, and basically anything else needing attention.
She is thrilled to be able to get to do what she loves every day - assist the "team." When she isn't creating reports, she's passionate about her family and pets. Originally from Indiana, Shirley spent most of her professional life in Arizona and studied Elementary Education at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.
