My name is Esmeralda Ramos. Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, I have over 5 years of customer service experience in a plethora of fields. I enjoy helping others daily and volunteer for local non profit organizations that allow for me to give back to our community. I really enjoy branching out on adventures while trying new food or exploring new places.
