Measure Team

Arbor.us, an Arbor Contract Carpet company, provides next-day flooring installation, replacement and repair to the multifamily housing industry in several major US markets. The Measure Team receives completed CAD files and imports data into an online toolset. Constant data manipulation is a requirement of the role along with customer bid creation. Strong attention to detail is vital as the ideal candidate will be heavily involved with live data creation and adjustment in an online system.

Customer Care Team

Arbor.us, an Arbor Contract Carpet company, provides next-day flooring installation, replacement and repair to the multifamily housing industry in several major US markets. This position involves supporting all customers and a growing sales staff across multiple warehouse locations. Friendly communication is a daily requirement via phone, email, chat and in person. Personality and strong attention to detail are vital as the ideal candidate will be heavily involved in key company processes. We are looking for self-starters who invite challenges, are goal-oriented and team players.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone, email and chat requests from customers, sales reps and installers
  • Allocate inventory for upcoming jobs
  • Manipulate customer orders
  • Data entry in online toolset and website

Sales Team

Arbor.us, an Arbor Contract Carpet company, provides next-day flooring installation, replacement and repair to the multifamily housing industry in several major US markets. We are looking for experienced, self-starters to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will learn all aspects of our sales process and operating procedures to serve our customer base in each local market.

Skills and Experience

  • Create, build and maintain relationships at all levels with customers
  • Cold calling experience and negotiating skills
  • Prior sales experience developing new clients into long lasting customer relationships
  • Ability to prospect & building a network for new business opportunities
  • Ability to set and manage priorities
  • Organizational skills to support daily multi-tasking duties
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
  • Proficiency with web-based tools & email
  • Prior multifamily experience preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus but not required)

Compensation plan includes monthly expense allowance and a variable component without cap to allow for significant earning potential. Also included are 401K plan, group health benefits and more.

IT Tech

Arbor.us, an Arbor Contract Carpet company, provides next-day flooring installation, replacement and repair to the multifamily housing industry in several major US markets. The IT Tech role will support internal company users in-person and remotely.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining and updating user hardware & software (printers, PCs, Macs, tablets, mobile phones)
  • Responsible for diagnosing problems and implementing solutions
  • Networking knowledge (LAN, SDWAN, VPN) configuration and management
  • Working knowledge of security & cyber threats
  • Experience managing VoIP systems
  • Ability to operate both remote & in-person "Help Desk" support
  • IT experience for multi-location operation(s) preferred
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills required
  • Denver, Colorado based role
